Velocity 17 (V-17) is a first for the New York Metropolitan area, a state-of-the-art multi-million dollar high speed entertainment and conference center.

The facility is designed to allow individuals, small groups and corporations to experience unrivalled European style kart racing,, virtual auto race simulation, and a tactical arms training center. The action-packed 100,000 square foot facility is located on Route-17 in Maywood, NJ, 13 miles from midtown Manhattan, 5 minutes from the G.W bridge, and 1 mile South of the Garden State Mall in Paramus. The entertainment and activity space is fully integrated with 24,000 square feet of superb meeting, banquet and party spaces.

Visitors can participate in “Arrive and Drive” open race sessions, league races, group competitions and corporate events. They can also dine or have a late night coffee and desert at the Velocity 17 Café.

V-17 coordinators can help your company set up customized racing programs. They can also help you assemble a team to compete in our league competitions or create your own racing event. Custom banners, trophies, racing gear and anything else you can think of to make your event the best— we will make it happen. Our gourmet kitchen staff at Velocity 17 can help you cater your function or you can bring in your own caterer.

Our vision is made real behind the wheel of one of our Bowman Storm racing karts. The racing experience reflects our desire to create an environment of fun, quality and authenticity.

Over a dozen flat screen monitors adorn the lobby walls displaying live kart race results and TV broadcasts. From the construction of the racing suits provided as a part of special corporate packages to the health club style locker rooms and the marble floors and walls in rest rooms — no detail has been overlooked in our effort to create a unique experience.
